Our story

Built on fourteen years of doing this by hand.

Kingdom Vacation Rentals grew out of fourteen years spent in property management, most of it hands-on: turning over homes, fielding guest calls at odd hours, and learning what actually keeps an owner's investment protected and profitable.

The name reflects how we treat every property we take on: not as a listing to fill, but as something an owner built and trusted us with. That's the standard whether we're managing one home or many.

Our sister cleaning team turns the property between every stay, to the same standard on a Tuesday as on a holiday weekend.

A standing owner reserve covers small repairs without waiting on a phone call, so problems get fixed the same week.

Owner reporting

Monthly statements and direct deposit, so you always know what came in and what went out, without asking.

Tax registration & filing

We can register and file your Florida sales and tourist development tax on your behalf, if you'd rather not deal with it.
